We offer free standard shipping on USA orders over $35, always! We also accept returns, of unused and unopened product, within 7 days of receiving your order, for a flat fee of $7. We do not yet ship internationally!

When will my order ship?
We process all orders between 2 and 4 business days!
Where is my tracking info?
Tracking numbers can cake 12-24 hours to register with the carrier, so if you received an email with tracking you can likely start monitoring it within a few hours. If your tracking info doesn't update within 24 hours, please reach out to brodiebeestudio@gmail.com
How can I update my shipping address?
Email brodiebeestudio@gmail.com with your order number and correct shipping address as soon as possible, and we will try to correct any delivery issues!

How do I place a return?
It’s super easy! Email brodiebeestudio@gmail.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return and we’ll take it from there!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused and unopened within 7 days of receiving the order, for a flat fee of $7.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return, we will process the items within 2-4 business days. We will update you via email once we process the return! Then the bank takes over, and your return should populate between 5-10 business days.
