Will I receive a proof?
We provide emailed proofs for all orders within 3 business days!
Are you able to expedite my order?
There may be a little wiggle room in the ETA, but generally we are not able to rush orders. Emailus to check your ‘need by’ date before you order.
Can you tweak the illustration?
Our designs come as is, but we can add or changeaspects for an additional design fee. Reach out via email toinquire before ordering.
I’m not sure what colors to order.
If you are between 2 options, make a note when youplace your order. We can send your proof in both color ways so you can decide before printing starts.
Where do I send my reference photo?
Use the file uploader in the listing to attach your reference photo!
If you are experiencing an error, check your file type & size. Otherwise you can email us the photo at studio@brodiebee.com, indicating your order # in the subject title.
The quantity I want to order isn’t listed
There is an order minimum of 50 pieces and you’ll need to order in multiples of 50 for most of our items.
If your desired quantity meets those criteria, we would love to provide a personalized quote via email!
Can you print my own design / logo?
Please email us to check before placing an order!
Design files need to have vector artwork with fonts expanded, in a style suitable for foil, screen printing (no shading and lines not too fine). They should be original designs that you have permission to use.
