BrodieBee Planner Partner Program Agreement
Effective September 2026
The BrodieBee Planner Partner Program (“Program”) is a preferred purchasing program offered by BrodieBee LLC (“BrodieBee”) to approved professional wedding and event planners. The Program is designed to provide preferred pricing, priority service, and other benefits to planners who regularly purchase BrodieBee products for their client events.
By applying for and participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Program Eligibility
Participation is available to professional wedding and event planners and is subject to approval by BrodieBee.
Program membership and benefits are associated with the approved planner or planning business and may not be transferred or shared with another business or individual.
BrodieBee reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate participation in the Program at its discretion.
2. Preferred Pricing & Program Tiers
Approved Planner Partners receive benefits based on their current Program tier.

- Custom designs for $40 (normally $50)
- Proofs within 3 business days
- $25 off qualifying repeat orders
- Complimentary available printed samples upon request, including shipping
- Saved artwork and order history
- Streamlined planner ordering
Preferred Planner — $2,500+ in qualifying purchases within a rolling 12-month period
- All Planner Partner benefits
- Custom designs for $25
- Priority proofs within 2 business days
Premier Planner — $5,000+ in qualifying purchases within a rolling 12-month period
- All Preferred Planner benefits
- 10% preferred pricing
- Priority proofs by the next business day
Tier status is based on qualifying completed purchases within the preceding 12 months. Canceled, returned, or refunded purchases may be excluded when calculating Program status.
Program discounts and benefits may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise stated by BrodieBee.
3. Reorder Benefit
Planner Partners are eligible for a $25 discount on qualifying repeat orders.
A qualifying repeat order generally refers to a new physical-product order using artwork previously created or prepared by BrodieBee. Minimum purchase requirements, product restrictions, or other conditions may apply.
Changes requiring new or substantially revised artwork may be subject to the applicable custom design fee.
4. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, all original illustrations, designs, artwork, proofs, and other creative materials created by BrodieBee remain the intellectual property of BrodieBee.
Payment of a custom design fee covers the design service associated with the applicable BrodieBee order. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or grant the right to reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or manufacture products using that artwork elsewhere.
Proofs and artwork provided as part of the ordering process may not be reproduced or supplied to another manufacturer or vendor without prior written permission from BrodieBee.
5. No Wholesale or Resale Rights
The Planner Partner Program is not a wholesale, resale, distributorship, licensing, or affiliate program.
Program pricing is intended for professional planners purchasing BrodieBee products for use in individual client events.
Planners may incorporate the cost of BrodieBee products into the services or event expenses they provide to their clients. However, Program membership does not authorize the purchase of BrodieBee products for standalone retail resale or the representation of BrodieBee products or designs as the planner's own products.
Program benefits may not be used to purchase products on behalf of another retailer, reseller, or business for resale.
6. Samples
Planner Partners may request complimentary printed samples from BrodieBee's currently available sample inventory.
Samples are subject to availability and may not include every product, material, color, imprint color, design, or printing method offered by BrodieBee.
Complimentary sample availability and shipping are provided as a Program benefit and have no cash value.
7. Proof & Production Turnaround
Priority proofing refers only to BrodieBee's target timeframe for providing an initial design proof after receiving all information necessary to prepare the order.
Proof turnaround times are business-day targets and are not guaranteed.
Priority proofing does not guarantee expedited production, inventory availability, shipping, or delivery. Production and delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, printing requirements, third-party production partners, shipping carriers, and other circumstances outside BrodieBee's control.
8. Third-Party Marketplace Orders
Participation in the Planner Partner Program does not override the policies or terms of any third-party marketplace through which a transaction originates.
Orders initiated through Etsy or another marketplace must be handled in accordance with that marketplace's applicable policies.
Program benefits may be subject to different fulfillment methods depending on the sales channel through which an order is placed.
9. Program Changes
BrodieBee may modify Program benefits, qualification thresholds, pricing, exclusions, or these terms from time to time.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter the agreed pricing of an order that has already been placed and accepted.
Continued participation in the Program following notice of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Program terms where permitted by applicable law.
10. Termination
Either the planner or BrodieBee may end participation in the Program at any time.
BrodieBee may immediately suspend or terminate Program privileges in cases of misuse, including unauthorized sharing of Program pricing or access, misuse or reproduction of BrodieBee artwork, unauthorized resale, fraudulent activity, or other violations of these terms.
Termination of Program membership does not affect obligations associated with orders already placed or BrodieBee's ownership of its intellectual property.
11. Relationship of the Parties
Participation in the Planner Partner Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, distributorship, or exclusive relationship between BrodieBee and the participating planner.
Neither party has authority to make commitments or representations on behalf of the other.
12. Acceptance
By submitting a Planner Partner application and indicating acceptance of this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Participation in the Program begins only after approval by BrodieBee.
