How It Works: Ordering Process

Here’s exactly what to expect — from the moment you place your order to the day your finished pieces arrive at your door.

Shop our designs, select quantity, your colors, and note your personalization details
We’ll email your design so you can confirm the design, it’s size, placement, and the colors
(1-3 business days)
After your approval, your design is locked in and your items are off to print then ship!
(10-20 business days)

Initial Proof

We will email your proof in 1-3 business days

Proof Approval

You will be reviewing the text / spelling, size of design, placement of design, and colors of product / imprint.

Once approved, we’ll move your order into production and no further changes can be made.

Note that images and colors displayed on-screen may vary from monitor to monitor and what is shown may NOT be an exact representation of what will be printed.

Production Timeline

Producing your custom items takes 7-14 business days!

Shipping Timeline

We typically use Fedex 2-3 day for all of our custom items

Expediting Orders

There may be a little wiggle room in the ETA, but generally we are not able to rush orders. Emailus to check your ‘need by’ date before you order.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our business, personalized items are not returnable and non-refundable!

Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted, but we will always do our best to accommodate any requests. Please contact studio@brodiebee.com with your order # as soon as possible.
