Design Packages are ideal for clients ordering multiple custom items or looking to establish a consistent event style. Choose between a Partial Package, designed for a small group of items, or a Full Package for larger or more detailed projects.
Each package includes fully custom design work and layouts for your selected products. Once designs are finalized, products are ordered based on your quantities and specifications. Design Package clients typically benefit from preferred project pricing and consolidated shipping when ordering multiple items together.

How It Works
1. Purchase a Design Package
Start by purchasing a Design Package based on the number of products you plan to include.
After purchase, we will reach out to to gather additional event details, product selections, colors, and inspiration.
This purchase covers only the custom artwork and layouts for your selected items. Physical products are purchased separately after designs are finalized.
2. Design & Proofing
Using the details you provide, we’ll develop a cohesive design direction and create proofs for each product that include:
- Custom artwork and layouts
- Ink and color selections
- Product-specific formatting
Each package includes complimentary revision rounds:
- Partial Package: up to 2 proof rounds
- Full Package: up to 3 proof rounds
3. Product Ordering
Once designs are approved, you'll place the order for the physical items through a custom invoice based on final order quantities.
Design Package clients receive preferred project pricing and consolidated shipping whenever possible.
4. Production & Delivery
After your product orders are placed, items move into production.
Most projects require:
6–8 weeks total, including design and production time
We recommend beginning your project about 2–3 months before your event.

What does my Design Package include?
Design Packages include fully custom artwork and layouts for your selected products, along with proofing and revisions.
This covers the creative work required to develop a cohesive look across multiple items.
Physical products are purchased separately after designs are finalized.
What is the difference between the Partial and Full Packages?
Partial Packages are best for smaller projects and include design work for a limited number of products.
Full Packages are ideal for larger or more detailed events and allow for a greater number of products to be designed together.
If you're unsure which option is right, you're welcome to reach out before ordering.
What counts as a "product"?
Each unique design / layout counts as one product.
Examples:
- Beverage napkins = 1 product
- Matches = 1 product
- Frost flex cups = 1 product
- Escort cards = 1 product
- Menus = 1 product
Color variations or multiple quantities of the same item are still considered one product.
Do Design Packages include printed products?
Design Packages cover custom design services only.
Printed products are invoiced separately once designs and quantities are finalized.
How do I order the physical items?
After designs are approved, you'll place product orders based on final quantities.

Do I need to know item quantities before ordering a package?
Approximate quantities are perfectly fine to start! Final quantities can be decided once designs are complete
Can I include additional products later?
Yes — additional products can be added if space allows within your package.
If your project grows beyond the package limits, an upgrade or additional design fee may be required.
How long does the Custom Design process take?
Most projects take 4–8 weeks from design start to delivery, depending on product selections and proof approvals.
We recommend beginning your project about 2–3 months before your event.
Do you offer rush projects?
Rush projects may be possible depending on production timelines.
Please contact us before purchasing if your event is less than 6 weeks away.
Will I receive digital design files?
Digital artwork files are not included or released for outside printing.
Can I make revisions to the designs?
Yes — each package includes complimentary proof revisions.

What if I only need one custom item?
For single-item projects, ordering directly through our standard product listings is usually the best option.
Design Packages are intended for multi-item projects.
