CUSTOM FOIL NAPKINS — EXISTING DESIGN

Choose this option when you’d like to use an existing BrodieBee design with your client’s personalization. You may customize the text, napkin color, and foil color, but the illustration/design itself will remain as shown in our existing collection.

• Minimum quantity: 50 napkins per design/color combination
• Quantities must be ordered in increments of 50
• Each napkin color or foil color combination is produced separately

WHAT COUNTS AS AN EXISTING DESIGN?

Existing designs include any illustration or layout currently offered in the BrodieBee collection.

You may personalize the design with your client's names, initials, date, short phrase, or other applicable text and select your preferred napkin and foil colors.

This listing does not include changes to the illustration itself. If you need an illustration altered, redrawn, combined with another concept, or created specifically for your client, please use the Fully Custom Napkin listing instead.

PROOFING PROCESS

A digital proof is included with every order and will be sent before production.

Your proof will show the design, personalization, and general placement for approval. Please review all spelling, dates, initials, and other details carefully.

Foil is a reflective material, so digital proofs may not always accurately represent its shine or exact appearance under different lighting conditions.

Production begins only after proof approval. Once approved and submitted to production, changes cannot be guaranteed.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Foil printing is a single-color printing process. Artwork cannot contain gradients, shading, photographs, or multiple imprint colors within one design.

If you need multiple color combinations, or designs for the same event, each combination should be ordered separately in the appropriate quantity.
