Choose this listing when you need us to create the artwork rather than using an existing BrodieBee design or supplying finished artwork of your own.

• 5" x 5" folded size
• Single-color foil imprint
• Choose from our available napkin + foil colors
• Minimum quantity: 50 napkins per design/color combination
• Quantities must be ordered in increments of 50
• Each napkin color or foil color combination is produced separately

WHAT YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN INCLUDES

Your purchase includes one custom design concept based on the direction and reference material provided with your order.

Custom artwork may include:

• A venue, pet, object, food or drink illustration
• A custom motif or event-specific illustration
• Artwork inspired by elements from your client's invitation or stationery suite
• A custom illustration + text arrangement
• Another single-color concept created specifically for the event

Because our napkins are foil printed, your artwork will be created specifically for a single-color printing process.

ONE PURCHASE = ONE DESIGN CONCEPT

Please provide a clear idea of what you would like us to create when placing your order.

Your custom design purchase includes one initial concept and revisions to that concept. It does not include multiple unrelated concepts or several different designs to choose from.

If you'd like to explore an entirely different concept after the initial artwork has been created, an additional custom design fee may apply.

PROVIDING YOUR DESIGN DIRECTION

Please upload any reference material that will help us create your design. Depending on the project, this might include:

• Venue photos
• Pet photos
• Invitation or stationery artwork
• Monograms or crests
• Inspiration images
• Examples showing the general style or composition you're envisioning

The more specific your direction is at the time of purchase, the more efficiently we can move through the design and proofing process.

Reference material is used as creative direction and does not guarantee an exact reproduction.

PROOFING + REVISIONS

A digital proof will be sent before your order enters production.

Reasonable revisions to the original design concept are included. This may include adjustments to details, placement, personalization, or other refinements necessary to finalize the selected concept.

Please carefully review all artwork, spelling, dates, initials, and other personalization before approving your proof.

Foil is reflective, so digital proofs cannot accurately represent its shine or exact appearance under different lighting conditions.

Production begins after proof approval. Once your proof has been approved and submitted to production, changes cannot be guaranteed.
