Have finished artwork ready to go? This option is for planners supplying their own production-ready artwork for foil printing.

There is no artwork or custom design fee for this option. Your artwork will receive a complimentary print-readiness review before proofing.

ITEM DETAILS

• Premium Linun cocktail napkins
• 5" x 5" folded size
• Single-color foil imprint
• Choose from our available napkin + foil colors
• Minimum quantity: 50 napkins per design/color combination
• Quantities must be ordered in increments of 50
• Each napkin color or foil color combination is produced separately

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Supplied artwork should be:

• A single-color design
• Provided as vector artwork whenever possible — AI, EPS, or vector PDF preferred
• Free of gradients, shading, photographs, or multiple colors
• Designed with lines and details substantial enough to reproduce cleanly in foil

All new artwork is subject to a complimentary print-readiness review.

Production preparation is included. Artwork creation or repair is not.

If your file requires redrawing, vectorization, significant simplification, or other design work before it can be printed, we'll contact you before proceeding. You may either provide a corrected file or add our custom artwork service.

PROOFING PROCESS

A digital proof is included with every order and will be sent before production.

Your proof will show your supplied artwork, personalization if applicable, and general placement on the napkin.

Please carefully review all artwork, spelling, dates, initials, and other details before approving your proof.

Foil is reflective, so digital proofs cannot accurately represent its shine or exact appearance under different lighting conditions.

Production begins after proof approval. Once your proof has been approved and submitted to production, changes cannot be guaranteed.
