Purchase of this listing includes one custom design concept based on the direction and reference materials provided with your order.

Your concept may include elements such as:

• Custom line-art illustration
• Venue or location illustration

• Custom typography/layout
• A combination of illustration and personalized text

Because these cups are printed in a single color, all custom artwork will be created or adapted specifically for this printing method. Designs cannot include gradients, photographic details, multiple imprint colors, or effects that rely on shading.

Your custom design fee covers one specific design direction, not multiple concepts to choose between.

Please provide a clear idea of what you'd like us to create when placing your order. Reference photos, inspiration images, stationery elements, and notes about the overall event aesthetic are extremely helpful.

If you're deciding between substantially different concepts, please reach out before ordering. Additional concepts or significant changes in creative direction may require an additional design fee.

REVISIONS

Reasonable revisions to the original concept are included during proofing.

Revisions are intended to refine the concept you originally requested—for example, adjusting placement, scale, text, or small illustration details.

A completely new concept, new illustration, or significant change in creative direction after the first proof may require an additional design fee.

PROOFING PROCESS

We'll create your custom artwork and send a digital proof for review before anything goes into production.

Your proof will show the artwork, personalization, and overall placement for your cup.

Please carefully review:

• Names and spelling
• Dates
• Personalization
• Artwork
• Layout and placement

Revisions should be submitted together whenever possible to keep the process moving efficiently.

Production begins only after proof approval. Once approved, your design is considered final and additional changes cannot be guaranteed.

IMPORTANT ABOUT PRINT + COLOR

These cups are printed using a single imprint color. Your digital proof is intended to show artwork and placement and is not an exact representation of how ink color will appear on the finished frosted cup.

Fine details may also be adjusted as needed to ensure the artwork reproduces cleanly at the final print size.
