Have something specific in mind for your client's event? Our Fully Custom option includes the creation of one new single-color design specifically for your matchboxes.

This is the right option for custom illustrations, event-specific concepts, venue or pet artwork, or a design that doesn't already exist in the BrodieBee collection.

• Approximately 18 matches per box
• Single-color foil imprint
• Minimum order: 50 matchboxes
• Available in increments of 50
• Choose your matchbox color + foil color from the available options
• Front: Custom artwork + personalization
• Back: Text only, with your choice of two fonts

WHAT YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN INCLUDES

Your custom design fee covers the creation of one custom design concept based on the direction submitted with your order.

This may include:

• A custom single-color illustration
• Pet, venue, object, or motif artwork
• Event-specific imagery
• Custom composition using your requested elements
• Personalization and typography incorporated into the design

Because foil printing uses a single-color imprint, custom artwork will be created specifically with this production method in mind. Designs cannot include gradients, multiple imprint colors, photographic shading, or extremely fine detail.

ONE ORDER = ONE DESIGN DIRECTION

Please submit a specific creative direction when ordering.

Your custom design purchase includes one concept, rather than multiple concepts or completely different design directions to choose between.

Reference photos and inspiration images are welcome and encouraged. They help us understand your vision, but please let us know which specific idea you'd like us to develop before placing your order.

Reasonable revisions to the selected concept are included during proofing. Requests for an entirely different concept after artwork has been created may require an additional design fee.

PROOFING PROCESS

Once your order and design details are received, we'll create your custom artwork and send a digital proof according to your Planner Partner proofing priority.

The first proof establishes the overall design direction. From there, you may request reasonable revisions to refine the approved concept.

Please carefully review:

• Artwork
• Names and spelling
• Dates
• Wording
• Layout and placement
• Matchbox and foil color selections

Your order will not enter production until you approve the final proof.

Metallic foil is reflective and cannot be accurately represented on screen, so digital proofs show the selected foil color but not its actual shine or reflective finish.

Once the final proof is approved, the artwork is considered final and will be released to production. Changes after approval may incur additional costs or may not be possible once production has begun.
