Already have finished artwork for your client's event? This option allows Planner Partners to provide their own production-ready artwork for foil printing without paying a custom design fee.

This listing is intended for finished artwork—not concepts, inspiration images, photographs, or artwork requiring significant cleanup or redesign.

• Approx. 2.22"W × 1.375"H × 0.46"D
• Approximately 18 matches per box
• Single-color foil imprint
• Minimum order: 50 matchboxes
• Available in increments of 50
• Choose your matchbox color + foil color from the available options
• Front: Your supplied artwork
• Back: Text only, with your choice of two fonts

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Supplied artwork must be suitable for single-color foil printing.

For the smoothest ordering process, artwork should be:

• Vector artwork, preferably AI, EPS, SVG, or vector PDF
• One color only
• Free of gradients, shading, transparency, or photographic elements
• Made with lines and details substantial enough to reproduce cleanly at matchbox size
• Finalized and ready for production

Please keep in mind that matchboxes have a relatively small printable area. Artwork with extremely fine details or small text may need to be simplified.

Submitting artwork does not guarantee that it can be reproduced exactly as provided. We will review your file for production compatibility before printing.

FILE ADJUSTMENTS

Minor production adjustments—such as scaling or positioning finished artwork within the printable area—are included.

Artwork that requires redrawing, vectorization, significant cleanup, reconstruction, or design changes is not included with this listing. If your file requires design work, we'll contact you before proceeding and may recommend switching to our Fully Custom option.

PROOFING PROCESS

After your order and artwork are received, we'll review the file for foil-printing compatibility and prepare a digital proof.

Planner Partner proofs are typically sent according to your program proofing priority.

Your proof will show the artwork placement, scale, personalization, and selected color combination. Metallic foil cannot be accurately represented digitally, so the proof will not show the reflective quality of the finished imprint.

Please carefully review the entire proof. Production begins only after proof approval.

Once approved, the artwork is considered final and will be released to production. Changes after approval may incur additional charges or may not be possible once production has begun.

ARTWORK & COPYRIGHT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By submitting artwork for production, you confirm that you own the artwork or have received express permission from the copyright or intellectual property owner to reproduce it.

You also confirm that you have the necessary rights to authorize BrodieBee to reproduce the submitted artwork for this order.
